What balance do I use?
You use your KES wallet balance to make picks and track match activity.
How do withdrawals work?
After a result is confirmed, rewards are calculated from the winning pick, amount picked, and the listed service fee.
Why is a match locked?
Matches lock when kickoff passes or when picks are closed. Locked matches are visible for tracking, but cannot accept new picks.
How do refunds work?
If a match is voided, eligible picks are refunded back to the user's wallet and shown in wallet history with a refund record.
